Buffalo Henna

” I booked Buffalo henna for two sessions, once for my own henna before a big event and once for our guests. Sumaia did a great job and was a dream to work with! She was responsive, organized and meticulous in her art. She showed up on time and was professional. I found her on instagram, took a leap of faith and am so glad I did!

She makes her own cones using high quality products and leaves a lemon sugar solution for you to use as aftercare. I left my henna on for 6 hours and the stain gradually darkened over the next couple of days. With her recommendation, I booked 3 days in advance for myself which gave me the dark maroon stain I was hoping for. I would be happy to book with her again and recommend her to others! “

I had her do my henna for my wedding and I loved it so much. Everyone complimented on how beautiful my henna looked and how they had never seen anything beautiful like it before. I honestly had never seen such precision and attention to detail to henna the way Sumaia did it. She is definitely the best henna artist I’ve ever had (and I’ve dealt with maybe 20 different henna artists in the past). You will not regret getting your henna done with Sumaia. “Sumaia was absolutely incredible! She did my bridal mehndi and the following day, she came to the mehndi party for all of our friends and families. We were SO worried about getting everyone done in time but she somehow did it, and with so much time left over for people to get additional mehndi done! I can’t believe how quickly she works considering how absolutely stunning her designs are. Everyone was raving about their designs. She did a great job at hiding my husband’s name in mine, and it made for a very fun game to watch him try to find it at the party while our guests joked watched and poked fun. I’ll be so sad to see this art fade away. I guess it’ll be a great excuse to keep getting more in the future! I highly recommend her for everything from simple to complex designs!
